What happens if a course is booked and then cancelled at the last minute?

Once your course has been confirmed and the materials supplied we will do our best to make sure it goes ahead. If a course is cancelled by the client with more than a week's notice we do not normally charge a cancellation fee. However, where a client cancels a course with less than a week's notice we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge. We agree any cancellation terms with a client in advance. In the event that a trainer is ill we will do our best to provide a substitute. However, occasionally it is not possible to do this because our training team are all in demand and because it is not always possible to predict illness. In such circumstances we will re-arrange your training session for the earliest available alternative date at no additional cost to you.
